Professor David Peters is a co-principal investigator for a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture as part of the Agriculture and Food Research Initiative. The grant, “Beyond the Farm Gate: Building a Leadership Development System to Support Rural Community Wellbeing and Prosperity,” is developing new evidence-based leadership curricula for rural communities.
