Shawn Dorius receives funding from Rural Opioids Technical Assistance Center

Shawn Dorius, associate professor in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice, and collaborator Kelsey Van Selous received a $100,000, one-year award from the Rural Opioids Technical Assistance Center. Dorius will used the funding to develop data-driven interventions and technical assistance aimed at reducing opioid overdoses and deaths in four midwestern states.
